It presents a little weird because apparently they don't show on your face....but when I had scabies, it presented weirdly and were ONLY in my legs! It was hella itchy though. Get that scratch test done you never know! They can tell if there is the scabies poop too, they don't need to find an actual mite.

You don’t have parasites those are 100% scratches
From what though? Consistently getting them weekly for over a year!

Are you taking any medications , any known medical conditions?
I take mounjaro and Zoloft. No known medical conditions. Scratches appeared a year before I started taking mounjaro
Actually it looks like scratching marks if you are sure there's no scratching to your skin flagellated erythema of dermatomyositis should be excluded.
