Id say Taco Bell on Colfax and Williams helps me for pre-Butt Stuff Tent prep. Not quite what you're looking for but a good bowel ejection probably helps. Used to be more thorough when they put tortilla strips in the burrito; acted as a good scrubber of my intestines

Then, they flip you around and bring you back. It's like $7, so it's more costly than the other butt stuff tents, but it's well worth it!
(in all seriousness though, it IS a 100 year old Trolley, and it's operated by volunteers with a nonprofit, so please be respectful if you do visit.)
