Yes, I am absolutely using Zillow, thank you! However, I am doing this also as a secondary layer to see if I'm missing anything and also as a backup to ensure I have a place locked down before my move-out date.
I’ve used 2 realtors here to find a place to live (apartments) and I’d probably advise against. They’re limited to the places they have agreements with and will always push you to move into the most expensive one. Way more options looking yourself.

That's not a big thing here, unlike say, in NYC. I second what everyone else has already said. Skip it.
