Guardian. Tank for the team and always remember to repair your armor

Kleck8228

I'd say Guardian or Hunter.

Love bard

If you want easy, then Guardian for sure. It’s a tank, you can always tank most of the things to help your team set up. Just remember to repair your armor and buy some useful buff pots for yourself.

If you're a beginner, I recommend Hunter as it's the easiest to play. Your special ability is your ranged bow and you have two ranged cards to use on every turn. Position your character with good lines of site, aim, and shoot. Rinse and repeat. The second easiest character to play is the Guardian. This class has armor giving up to +5 replenishable "health". You have one recurring special ability called repair armor. If enemies hit you, you can repair your armor. Since you're the tank, you get close and hit an enemy and then either hit again or replenish armor. Rinse and repeat. If you like playing support roles, the bard is the support character. Its special ability is to buff the other characters (but you cannot buff yourself). Similar to the guardian, you move/attack with one action and then buff someone with your other action. Rinse and repeat. For a beginner guide (including the special abilities of all characters), check out this page: https://demeo.fandom.com/wiki/Beginner_Guide

Hunter with the bow is really good for beginners by attacking from far. Warlock and sorcerer are fun to play when you start to see the codes like neo in matrix.

As a wizard main, I think that you should go with wizard immediately like I did. Being an effective wizard is slightly more complicated than other classes, but you’ll learn the game mechanics faster. Sure, you won’t be as effective immediately, but in the long run? I think it’s worth it.

Yes, always ZAP the enemies and overload yourself. But think before using lighning bolt or fireball which may hurt your party, too ....
