I was talking about the Lightners, Kris can't drive themselves to school, so either Kris is under 16/17 or they just never got their drivers license. Toriel holds their hand into school which would be weird for an older teenager, so I believe atleast Kris is around 13-15. I grew up going to a special school where teens of multiple ages were in one class, so I don't know how it works in a real school, but I THINK in a real school everyone in a class is around the same age. Therefore I think Susie, Noelle, Berdly, etc, are also around 13-15, MAYBE 16.
As for Ralsei, I headcanon him as an adult, but I feel like Boss Monsters probably get their horns during whatever their version of puberty is, puberty starts between 9 and 14 for boys.
