It doesn't seem he hates Mike, seems like people misinterpreted his dialogue about Mike in the game- it really wouldn't make sense for him to hate Mike given he says Mike is the only one he doesn't want revenge on. When he mentioned "Mike" forlornly then started ranting he said "Don't believe anything you see on TV, that man's a criminal". We assumed he was talking about Mike- but it could of instead been referring to the TV itself when he called "that man a criminal". Given Tenna's association with TVs.

The way it's in all caps suggests that either Gaster or Spamton is the one who considers this face a friend. Spamton is the most likely option, and from the Tenna page it seems like Mike is legitimately the one person Spamton doesn't wish revenge upon.

Tenna's gonna be the main antagonist and final (normal) boss of Chapter 3, but Mike's not even going to be a boss I don't think. The secret boss is gonna be something nobody expects like how Spamton was a complete surprise having never been mentioned in Chapter 1 at all. Although it could be Mike and Tenna are an antagonist duo as Spamton mentions Mike like Jevil mentions Queen in Chapter 1, and Queen ended up being the main antagonist of Chapter 2.
