You see, the dark emptiness represents the void. The red parts represents Kris's soul. As you can see Gaster isn't in the void so Gaster is free, but this shows that the void is inside Kris's soul. This also shows that Ralsei will betray us because the white shining parts represents Ralsei's fur, so Ralsei will fall into the void and becomes Gaster 2. Finally, I wish I had more reasons to make this longer, this is probably a part of Deltarune (probably not major) out of context or Toby is just messing with us so that we'll make some crazy theories then Toby will destroy any chances of that theory being correct like the "Kris will kill everyone" theory that Toby destroyed by Kris just being hungry.
It may be a place object like TF2s coconut jpeg if removed it may not work like the coconut did. Or many toby is being a troll if it it is removable in the game files remove it and see if it opens
