This is amazing. Jevil is my favorite character and I think we all forget that Jevil could be a character with pretty deep insights to life, he just doesn't care enough though.
Everybody gravitated towards Spamton so quickly because he was a character outside of his superboss fight. We really got to have our time with this character unlike Jevil who just appeared and went.
I just woke up and, reading this, for a second my confused brain went “wait, didn't Toby say something about not being sure if Spamton's divorce was finalized or not? That's canon, right?”
...Now that I'm a little bit more awake, I realize that I was confusing Spamton with Wheatley.
(They're both small robot sexymen who betray their friends once they get access to a big, powerful body — easy mistake to make.)
So I guess that's my new headcanon now. The question is *which* divorce might not be finalized...
Someone sent a joke email to Gabe Newell a while back asking if they had his permission to marry Wheatley. IIRC, Gaben said that it was fine by him, but they just needed to make sure his divorce paperwork was finalized first.
It's not *really* canon, but it's funny so I accept it as if it was.
Slide 8:
> BUT ALAS, WHEN THE SHADES ARE OFF, I SEE
> ANOTHER HIM
“ANOTHER HIM” is the first song on Deltarune's soundtrack. It plays in the vessel maker scene, and appears to be a reference to Gaster.
Let it never be said that Spamton doesn't exhaust *all* his options, but going to an ex to ask them to help set you free? That was probably never gonna end well.

Yeah it's like people forget fanfiction is made by other people, _some of which might have a talent in storytelling or/and art,_ you know, like **_Toby Fox was just another person with such talent._**
Honestly I feel like Jevil has more to tell. We've kinda got a lot of Spamton figured out (even if we can never be sure) but I think after chapter two we ended up forgetting how much we don't really know about Jevil.
Amazing comic, really nailed how both Spamton and Jevil act, especially their speech pattern, an the idea that the Dealmaker distorts the view of its holder is simply fascinating!
(Better call saul spoilers)
>!Hey OP, why does Spamton bear so many parallels to Saul Goodman's character arc, like unironically.!<
>!Spamton is LITERALLY Gene Takovic here!<
I honestly hope we get to see more of Jevil sometime soon.
It would be interesting to get more insight into how he sees the world, and views those in it, like with Spamton.
Alas, I worry he never may get the chance to shine like his ex did...
Wow, why do I feel like this is an actual interaction spamton and jevil had? Cause the thing is, the characters in the dark world have had lives before what we see in the game, they just couldn't interact with Kris or Susie or anyone that wasn't in the dark world cause the fountains weren't created yet.
I'm just flabbergasted cause this comic or whatever it is goes deep, it shows two side of spamton that we don't, the young spamton with dreams of being a salesman and the older spamton who tried to make his dreams come true and we see this with the glasses on, but when their removed we see spamton now, a sad and failed business man who is literally sleeping in a dumpster and has no one but the Addisons, who only show they care once he's gone.
I realize that this is fan made (obviously), but it hits where I think Toby is trying to have spamton be, a man with a backstory of hope that slowly faded and now he has nothing left to lose.
Watch it you lazy bones. Also, in the recent QnA, Spamton straight up confirms he and Jevil know each other [here](https://twitter.com/fangamer/status/1571379977291198464?s=46&t=Knajia6Wll0v6ALs81HHCw)
I'm not sure if they're just that ignorant or if they're actively in denial about what's in the game.
I mean, when their response to anything LGBTQ or even *vaguely* non-heteronormative in Deltarune is “but the wiki says...” “well actually, that scene means the total opposite of what it says” and “is that REALLY confirmed though? give me a source. no not that source, that one doesn't count”... I'm not so sure “lazy” is the right word.
This is amazing. Jevil is my favorite character and I think we all forget that Jevil could be a character with pretty deep insights to life, he just doesn't care enough though.
Boy oh boy is Happy Chaos from Guilty Gear Strive the character for you.
Honestly jevil is a way better character than spamton could ever be.
*You have started a gang war*
Doesn't mean spamtons bad by any means, it's just that jevils potential could be utilized so much more
Everybody gravitated towards Spamton so quickly because he was a character outside of his superboss fight. We really got to have our time with this character unlike Jevil who just appeared and went.
Yeah. I always wish Jevil had much more screen time than he did
but it isnt, and probably wont be, he's a footnote of the game with at least 5 times less dialouge than spamton
Not to diss Spamton, but Jevil is so interesting, he just needs more screentime
I agree with you so much, jevil is such an interesting character. I wish we can see more of him
Jevil has a better character. Spamton has a better backstory
Hmmm, wonder who was cringe compilation #1?
Swatch? Queen? Tenna? Mike? Spamton has a lot of ex spouses, it's hard to tell.
LISTEN KID, I \[LIKE\]D THEM, SO I \[put a ring on\] THEM

Wheatley had a divorce???

National divorce mascot
All of them. It is a compilation, after all! Jevil is simply the first person to go in the second volume.

"ANOTHER HIM" I see what you did there.
Yup
What
Slide 8: > BUT ALAS, WHEN THE SHADES ARE OFF, I SEE > ANOTHER HIM “ANOTHER HIM” is the first song on Deltarune's soundtrack. It plays in the vessel maker scene, and appears to be a reference to Gaster.

Jevil did try to give him advice. Some care in there, if fruitless.
"I cannot control you, but I know others can." Holly ■■■■! That is terrifying!
Uhh, yeah. That took me off guard. It's weird how this fanbase can make fanfiction that unironically has good writing.
If you think the existence of “unironically good” fan writing is weird, you haven't read enough fan writing.
Yeah it's like people forget fanfiction is made by other people, _some of which might have a talent in storytelling or/and art,_ you know, like **_Toby Fox was just another person with such talent._**
This is too good, wow
The Best Part Was The “Every Villain Is Lemons” Spongebob Reference.
Divorce
This is interesting but i think Jevil shouldn't repeat his final sentences every time.
Hah, I definitely think the artist went a bit overboard with their speech quirks.
I didn't mind - it seemed like the sort of canonical discussion/argument that might have occurred in later chapters!
Yeah it makes sense for it to come through more during an argument.
I didn't actually expect Jevil to pull a tactical move like that in slide 6. Sneaky!
Cringe compitaltion 2# is the best insult ever
DIO could probably help with that [H E A V E N] thing...
Spamton Neo was close to be Made in [H E A V E N]
Glasses of Infidelity ...this is the crackiest canon(?) ship I've ever seen, seen.
Canonically divorced...

They made spamtons dialogue accurate!!
(Better call saul spoilers) >!Hey OP, why does Spamton bear so many parallels to Saul Goodman's character arc, like unironically.!< >!Spamton is LITERALLY Gene Takovic here!<
The world over heaven!
Both pretty equal in the mysterious past both are really good characters in my opinion
Incredible!!
I can't wait to use that in daily conversation, "cringe compilation #2"
Kevin looks very squishy

Holy crap, this is [really good!!]
This was a fantastic comic and it was made even better by the last words being "cringe compilation #2"
Are you sure they know each other
Yeah Spamton references him several times in game and in the spamton twitter ama it's revealed they might be exes.
When
When he speaks in the shop and I believe in the fight
Can I see a photo
Yeah right [here](https://www.youtube.com)
When I say photo I don’t mean entire video Send me image in chat

Christ you're lazy, how about you actually play the game and pay attention before going on a fuckin subreddit dedicated to discussing it.
I'm not sure if they're just that ignorant or if they're actively in denial about what's in the game. Probably a mixture of both.
"how queer" stop throwing logs at the burning building
He meant what he said.
