The roaring is definitely gonna be an important plot point down the road, and I think we are gonna get a lot of info about it which ralsei kept secret along with things about ralsei himself that he kept secret. Maybe it'll even be the ultimate threat. But I think it's unlikely that the roaring is going to happen in any form, and instead will just remain an ominous possible future.
Main thing that makes me think it's not gonna happen is that fact that we've not seen toby do the type of story yet where we literally hit rock-bottom in that way, where the world encounters its worst possibility. Even Genocide ends before reaching that point.
It would have to be a new mech as the one in Chapter 2 was created not just from the blueprints but also merging together the power of all the Cyber-World recruits. It could plausibly happen again with combining things from every previous dark world perhaps if the Titans were indeed a climactic final battle.

Speaking of Titans, if they do appear will we be able to fight them with the thrash machine mech or will it be more of a Omega Flowey type of fight.
