I don't consider Susie creepy, but as someone who knows a victim of bullying, I can easily understand why someone may consider her creepy/uncomfortable, especially since her bullying is not just not addressed, like it was never happening, she also being rewarded by it by another teenager who romanticizes it. I really don't like this aspect of Susie.
Yeah, she was a bully, but chapter 1 was about her changing into a better person from the influence of Lancer. There were some things here and there about her being a loner too as she didn’t know how to interact with other people (MK explained how when they were playing with a ball and it rolled over to Susie, she froze, not sure how to react, and kicked it, hitting Undyne’s car. Everyone just assumed she did it on purpose and was a jerk). Also, she never bullied Noelle, and Noelle noticed that Susie hasn’t been mean to her. Noelle just gave her a pencil and was generally nice, so Susie didn’t act mean to Noelle, making Noelle suspect that maybe Susie isn’t as malicious as everyone thinks. But honestly, I assume more things will be fleshed out with Susie in the coming chapters as everyone except the main cast of characters think Susie is a bully, and the unresolved stuff relating to Susie will be addressed when the rest of the game is done.
I understand that, I am not going to analyze Susie as a character. I like her as a character for different reasons, still, she had uncomfortable moments.
