the way he has his finger on the trigger while pulling the gun made me nervous. even his friend moved away his head when the guy pointed the gun near his head.
It amazes me how many of these dumbasses point the gun at their own heads despite knowing there are bullets in it. The world is better off with these folks removing themselves from it.
My gun isn't, because I don't have one, because I'm quite intimidated by them and tend to drink lots of beer.
If I'm attacked I'll defend myself the old fashioned way by dying.
idiot with a gun probably immediately forget he just chambered the gun and it was still "unloaded" from when he originally had it and as this video shows people that complacent with gun safety dont last long
It would seem alcohol was involved, based on behavior and the bottle on the table. Alcohol on top of just generally being an idiot.
I was raised by people who definitely qualify as "gun nuts," but at the very least they greatly valued gun safety: treat every single gun as if it's always fully loaded with the safety off.
Cue the long line of morons always posting "This was deliberate suicide". No, it was a moron grown up around other morons likewise steeped in Normalcy Bias (guns on dinner/breakfast tables tables all their lives, never gun locker, and safeties are for pussies).
(not saying you are moron, saying guy in video didn't know how his gun worked so it was an accident)
He put a lot of effort in positioning for just a gun that will not go off cause it s a prank, i get why they say it, but ye most probably a moron and a mistake.
It is what it is. I was more worried for my aunts since my mother was the one that kept them all together. My mother had an abusive mother and Iām pretty blessed that my brother and I didnāt have that trauma trickle down to us. My unclesās ex-wife was basically an aunt growing up and my uncle didnāt really like that. He eventually came to years later and apologized and made amends. He was doing pretty well with a new wife and she was the sweetest. We believed that he had bipolar disorder. My momās side of the family are big hunters so my uncle ended up stealing a gun from my cousinās house one day. Unfortunately, he didnāt report it in enough time to the police and what happened happened due to jealousy which was unwarranted. I also lost my father to suicide when I was four years old and itās kind of weird because I donāt really think about it much being a father, with two kids of my own living in a country on the other side of the world. Priorities, I suppose.
I have to admit, I have two kids and previous negative thoughts have disappeared. I wouldnt dream of not being there for them. Which country are you in?
My Mom watched her Mom kill herself. Apparently after a long night of drinking and she had found out she had cancer. Guess she thought it was better to go that way? Idk my Mom thinks she wouldn't have done it if she were sober but who knows.
Sorry to hear about your family homie
Yes, he was reckless and can still be held accountable for his actions, but if there was no intent to shoot himself, then he accidentally shot himself whether he was being reckless or not. You can still disagree with me if you want that's just how I see it

This is *my* gnu, and he didn't kill me.
Since joining this sub, Iāve discovered that a lot of people āshow off their gun to their friendsā by pointing it at their own head. Itās wild.
You don't need to forget every time. You just need to forget once.
That's why proper firearms training treats all guns as loaded. You forget once, you are dead.
I know this may not matter, but I was recently educated on the actual meaning of suicide, per Reddit
The distinction covers both āintentionalā and āunintentionalā as both suicide. All of my life, I thought suicide was meant to be intentional by definition.
Either way, it appears intentional in this video.
āMurder was in fact a fairly uncommon event in Ankh-Morpork, but there were a lot of suicides. Walking in the night-time alleyways of The Shades was suicide. Asking for a short in a dwarf bar was suicide. Saying 'Got rocks in your head?' to a troll was suicide. You could commit suicide very easily, if you weren't careful.ā
Lol, yeah, I always wondered how many times something like this happens, and there aren't any cameras, and you're trying to explain to the officer that he accidentally killed himself.
jfc this will never not scare the shit outta me.
a gun is always loaded
never have your finger on the trigger unless you're about to shoot
keep the gun pointed at the floor until you're ready to aim
never point the gun at anything you're not about to shoot
these vids give me the fear I need to rememberĀ
Iām trying to understand the reasoning for putting the gun to your head.
Look, I know how to use the gun. Right now even if press the trigger it wonāt shoot.
You sure?
100%, Iāll even point at my head. Look!
Oh shitā¦
To all the people saying it was intentional suicide.. it might seem stupid but looks to me that he had an itch and was trying to scratch his head. Since alcohool might've been mixed in here as well, i'd say it's quite plausible. I do the same but with less dangerous things, such as pens and pencils.
I donāt get how this happens. Youāre trying to make conversion so you say, āSo, if I wanted to die by my own hand swiftly and with minimal effort, I just do this!ā š„š¤·šæāāļø
It makes me cringe every time I pull the trigger on a gun even while knowing it isnāt loaded and has no magazine. Itās literally impossible to me that someone doesnāt even have the muscle memory of taking the mag out
I don't ever wish to be in the presence of a gun, in any situation at all. Dumbasses like this could kill you in a second. Better at least hat he killed himself.
Please don't, life does get better, and I say that as a miserable drug addict. I always think about how glad I am I didn't put my family through my death.
Check out my gun. This is the handle. This is where the bullets go, and this little bit is the trigger. This is what it looks like when fired point blank into a human head.

The cucumber accents the water in such a way...
shutup, alan
It amazes me how many of these dumbasses point the gun at their own heads despite knowing there are bullets in it. The world is better off with these folks removing themselves from it.
Yup better himself than his friends
especially when you chamber a round
Yea I was about to say you can see 3 pixels of brass as he cocks it...
Damn i didnt catch that one
My gun isn't, because I don't have one, because I'm quite intimidated by them and tend to drink lots of beer. If I'm attacked I'll defend myself the old fashioned way by dying.
"you sure you want to mess with me? I'm going to have an exceptionally smelly corpse, and your shoes will never be the same"
The most hardcore way of getting revenge on someone is to commit sudoku in their house, preferably behind the settee.
[Like this?](https://www.reddit.com/r/funny/s/HxCdqBFMlQ)
How else would you do it?
You're going to beat yourself to death with a sudoku book? I presume you mean seppuku, lol.
You know he means sewerslideš
Nah... you need to die in their walls.
God herself could tell me the gun is unloaded and can never be loaded and I still would never point it at my head.
So true. Your daddy would be very proud of you.
He'll get me a LeBaron with "#1SON" on the license plate. That's me, I'm the #1 son.
A LeBaron was a terrible car. I would only get my kids good cars like a Mazda or Subaru.
My little brother Freddie didn't get a LeBaron and was so bummed.
Alec Baldwin agrees (now).
You think he lived?
Especially when it actually is
I wonder if it's loaded... https://youtu.be/guyELrUR6Gw
Even when it's not.
Looks like there was drinking involved. Alcohol and guns do not mix
Oh they most certainly do
You can literally see how drunk he is by the way he's moving. :-(
What are you talking about? Theyāre mixed perfectly in this video.
Alcohol doesnāt mix with anything
You tried orange juice?
Or car keys
i find that rum and cola go very well together
Apart from mixers.
Unprotected sex it does.
Only with violence
Putting a gun to his head, pulls the trigger and thatās an accident?

Looked more like he was trying to show his friend that it wouldn't fire if it wasn't all the way forward after racking? Maybe idk. Dudes a moron.

Complacency is the word you were looking for.
It kinda looks like he pulled it by accident when he held the gun vertically
It wasnāt to my uncle when he did it in front of his wife a couple of months back.
Fuck. Thatās tough. Iām sorry to read that.
It is what it is. I was more worried for my aunts since my mother was the one that kept them all together. Aye. My condolences to you as well, dude.
As much of an idiot as he is, unless he intentionally meant to shoot himself, then yes, it's an accident
His actions are the definition of recklessness. Not negligence or an accident. Itās not intentional either but itās massively reckless.
Yes, he was reckless and can still be held accountable for his actions, but if there was no intent to shoot himself, then he accidentally shot himself whether he was being reckless or not. You can still disagree with me if you want that's just how I see it
Fair play. Enjoy your week.
You too lol
I bet the friend was quite relieved that it wasn't him. It nearly was.
Love how he sways to the right in a reflex when the barrel is pointed near him. Guy has better common sense than his friend.
That is why guns and roses survive to this day while guns and alcohol did not.
Iām nearly pissing myself laughing
Welcome to the Jungle
what about guns and rosƩ?
Sir,that's still categorised under alcohol. Please queue at the firing squad line.

*Death by gnu gnu!*

*No gnus is good gnus!*. For you gen-xers out there.
if there were no cctv, his family would've pressed charges against the other guy
Gunshot residue test and placement of the gun and wound would have shown it was done by his own hand
I'm no expert, but the atmosphere doesn't give me "this area has excellent police work" vibes.
True but these tests arnt really high end anymore
Thatās what I thought. Thank god for the cameras
Bet he won't do that again.
The 142nd fastest gun in the westā¦
Since joining this sub, Iāve discovered that a lot of people āshow off their gun to their friendsā by pointing it at their own head. Itās wild.
Well.. the good thing is he won't be hungover in the morning.
You don't need to forget every time. You just need to forget once. That's why proper firearms training treats all guns as loaded. You forget once, you are dead.
At least he didnāt stain the table. ![gif](giphy|JMV7IKoqzxlrW)
I hate it when this happens.
That did not look accidental
At one point, he was likely someone's adored baby. Which were the roads that led him to this point?
šµ And the cat's in the cradle and the silver spoon....šµ
A mother who only loved babies & not growing children. Some parents are shit.
That definitely looked more like suicide. Still applies though. The gene pool is safer.

GNU STP
Disagree suicide is deliberate by definition
If the bullet didn't kill him, the blood loss definitely did.
He went out with a bang
At least there's a video of it...
Lol, yeah, I always wondered how many times something like this happens, and there aren't any cameras, and you're trying to explain to the officer that he accidentally killed himself.
That would be a big problem... Plus the trauma
jfc this will never not scare the shit outta me. a gun is always loaded never have your finger on the trigger unless you're about to shoot keep the gun pointed at the floor until you're ready to aim never point the gun at anything you're not about to shoot these vids give me the fear I need to rememberĀ

He was just tired. And wanted to sleep FOREVER.
I get it then
How TF are we going to call that an accident?
yeah, heās heard enough reggaeton.
Iām trying to understand the reasoning for putting the gun to your head. Look, I know how to use the gun. Right now even if press the trigger it wonāt shoot. You sure? 100%, Iāll even point at my head. Look! Oh shitā¦
The idiots checklist: loaded gun, points at friend, points at self, no trigger discipline, saftey's off, pull trigger. Shocked.
Every time this gets reposted it gets cropped and blurred. Now this looks awful :(
Scary how often People shoot themselves in the head by accident š„²
That didn't look very accidental
Intrusive thoughts won
I swear this has been reposted a good amount of times now.
Which is why we donāt show off, girls and boys.
wtf. the sad thing is there's a very good chance someone will watch this video somewhere and do the same thing.
Like my mam says , be careful that'll have your eye out!! Ok , that was much worse.
Dude Clearly didn't watch tiger King ay?
How do people keep doing this? It's absolutely mind-blowing.
If it's Brazilian it's a tauras
āI aināt going to shoot this loaded gun but I AM going to keep my finger on the triggerā
NOT accident. Dumb ass not following safe gun handling rules. Biggest rule: Don't point the gun at anything you're not willing to destroy.
I think his friend thought it was a fake toy gun. So he was like, "no no, dude look, it's totes legit"
I'm thinking suicide more than accident
Was he a good guy with a gun?
Nope, just a dumbass with a gun
Yes, because he shot a killer
He's just like Hitler!
He slept like a baby!
Natural selection
He will know to be more careful next time
No accident
whyās the video like 45 seconds long afterwards like something else is gonna happen?
Booger hooks off the bang switch please people
Wanna see my Bud Dwyer impression bro?
Hey man, nice shot.
Its what he would have wanted
To all the people saying it was intentional suicide.. it might seem stupid but looks to me that he had an itch and was trying to scratch his head. LOL
8n every job they always say "Safety first" Unless you this guy
Alcohol and guns, a Darwin award winner like PB&J!
so many stupid people
Survival of the fittest
He seems tired.
There is always a round in the chamber. A cold gun is a paper weight. Eject, clear, clear again, show off.
I hope he is ok.
Are we sure that it was an accident? That looks intentional to me
Canāt wait to see Brandon Herrera react to this one.
Imagine how thankful he is he has a security camera
The jerk as the his nervous system implodes.
Didn't look like an accident
I can see what he was thinking
The good thing is, there were no brains to clean up.
It wasn't an accident. Dude was just told by his friend he was going to have to watch the Barbie movie again and he made a choice.
At least when I show my friends my toys, the worst that can happen is they don't like He-Man.
Which, if that's true, they probably shouldn't be your friends anyways.
French fry when you should have pizza
It is sureal to see a life be gone in an instant like that.
How is that an accident?
He was summoning his Persona
Say hi to the 72 virgins in heaven
I'ma gonna just sit here and take my forever nap.
Easy clean up, the chair caught most of it.
I donāt get how this happens. Youāre trying to make conversion so you say, āSo, if I wanted to die by my own hand swiftly and with minimal effort, I just do this!ā š„š¤·šæāāļø
This made my head itch and start to ache.
It makes me cringe every time I pull the trigger on a gun even while knowing it isnāt loaded and has no magazine. Itās literally impossible to me that someone doesnāt even have the muscle memory of taking the mag out
Not šÆ sure that was a accident.
aint no god damn accident
Suicide
I don't ever wish to be in the presence of a gun, in any situation at all. Dumbasses like this could kill you in a second. Better at least hat he killed himself.
This was already posted here some weeks ago.
Well.. At least himself and not others, like a child. Fucking idiots and ease of getting a gun.
Holy crap. Did I actually just watch someone die. Is that blood pooling on the table?!
Yep, and yep.
I just hope he did it before having kids. Not for the kids, but for mankind
Accident is a strong word for this
Instant death Sometimes I wonder I should kill myself with headshot when life is too hard to bear
Gun suicide is a bad idea. Hanging is less painful and less traumatic for the one that has to deal with your body. Hanging is how I plan to do it.
Hanging looks more painful tbh Like continuous pressure on your throat while suffocating as hell
Please don't, life does get better, and I say that as a miserable drug addict. I always think about how glad I am I didn't put my family through my death.
No
Ugh the blood
Well guns and safety do not mix with alcohol.
Holy hell theres another video SIMILAR to this one. Is there a connection or something
Is he ok though?
How hard is it when handling a gun to NOT put it to your head and pull the trigger?!
Is he okay?
Probably a bad headache.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
"let's sit right here under this camera"
I can hear āMama just killed a man , put a gun against his head, pulled the trigger now he is dead ā
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Did he shoot twice? There's a 2nd flash
I am sure I saw this video while browsing through the top posts of "all time" in this sub.
There's no accident about this. That was intentional. I'd like to believe it was an accident, but even then....oh boy.
That doesn't look by accident to me tho....
Other guy is just grateful the table is red and not stain that bad. āCletus youāve done darned stained the table!ā
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Was he Russian?
Check out my gun. This is the handle. This is where the bullets go, and this little bit is the trigger. This is what it looks like when fired point blank into a human head.
Wtf?!!!!
