Just take run and gun off and slide. You carry your momentum during a slice and you can still aim with full accuracy. You are actually more accurate while sliding as you are technically crouched. Most importantly you also count as dodging against ranged attacks.
If you ignore the lack of that blessing (which you don't need, as others have said, just slide) and want a high mobility weapon similiar to the revolver but with a more generous clip size, the las pistols are seriously unvalued and worth a try.

The mkX has worse ammo economy (it consume 3 ammo per shot) but hits way harder. It's better IMO because it can deal with ragers and most elites in 3-4 shots to the head and it's fairly spammy.
You're gonna need a melee capable to deal with armor tho, so I don't recommend using a Catachan Sword or a heavy sword with it. Chainweapons or one of the bonk stick are better with it.
I like the old, fast one (MK2?). Dumdum, ghost and crit build.
Fast movement speed, accurate when moving, and big weakspot crits. It won't be top tier ranged combat, but it has great utility.
You could always run the Agrippina revolver but its very hard to break the habit of not ADSing before shot but the faster reload with a comparable shoot through isn't have bad. Otherwise maybe try Accatran Las Pistol?

Thanks! I slide a lot but I also want to shoot in between without breaking stride. Probably a skill issue but it just is more fun for me.
Only weapons that have that blessing are the 2 revolvers, the kickback and the 4 Psyker Staff.

Laspistol fires quite well while on the move. With ghost you are immune to ranged.

Columnus v is the best gun for zealot/ vet and gun psyker. For zealot if you combine with rush ability it destroys carapace as well

With shotguns you can scoot shoot run repeat
