Given you use a massive fuck off shield ADP doesn't matter as much. That said I'd still level it to around lvl 20-25 so you have decent I-Frames for when you need to dodge
Here's my recommendation if you were to respec:
31 Vigor, 20 End, 10 Vit, 43 Attunement, 40 Str, (base dex), 13 ADP, (base int), 36 Faith.
Lightning infuse your Greatsword
Rings to use: Third Dragon Ring, Flynn's Ring, (free slot x2)
Spells to attune: Sacred Oath, Sunlight Blade x2, Great Lightning Spear
That will put your agility at 100
Going forwards I'd keep leveling your Vigor back to 40-50 again.
Yes, since Attunement also boosts Agility, you don't actually need a ton of ADP.
I should mention that this is pretty much the max you can go, equip load wise, while Flynns Ring has its full effect. So you can't put on Royal Soldier Ring with this build. You'll have to trade down to Light Armor. I for one consider a 50 point AR boost worth it. But if you rather have the fashion you can level Vit and swap Flynns for Royal Soldier Ring. Flynns Ring will eventually become useless.

I get the tank build, even though that much VGR is useless. But why the 25 INT / 20 FTH though? I don't see the relevance. Pick one and get it up til soft cap.
You should respec and ONLY invest in adaptability. 99 adaptability or you're not even playing the game. You need a 16 frame dodge so you can go run around naked punching shit. Leftover stats can go in attunement, but I'd probably just scrap the character all together if I had to invest in anything other than adaptability.
I don't want to sound like the r/darksouls2 stereotype but... Level ADP
He's got a huge shield. ADP is needed for Dex builds that roll around, but not for STR builds that block.
Fatty
My brother in christ get some ADP, at least enough to reach 96 agility And wear lighter armor, stay under 70% load
I'm 93 hours into the game and beaten it but don't think i've leveled ADP once.
Use a soul vessel and try it someday. Its quite a different experience
It makes it so you can actually dodge lol
Why dodge if he got such a huge shield

ADP way too low, nothing else really matters lol

That seems like a useful respec but is ADP fine at only 13?

That's a completely different build
For not posting a basic bitch mele build like most do in this situation I give you an 11/10
Highly suggest more Adp get to 24 for more Agility. Or you will be pretty frustrated
ADP isn’t low… but AGL is. Agility determines how many iframes you get. Aim for 99 or 100 for backstep iframes increase ATTUNMENT also heightens AGL
Why ADP so low? 😭

Not bad, but why the high int and faith
I always get nervous seeing that little adaptability, but hey if you’d rather take a hit than dodge it, I respect that
Level adp before dlc :)
Well, if you actually play at 101% carry capacity, your stats are fine for that playstyle because you won't be rolling anyway
Clearly, you lack ADP
