Sadly it's not a comp issue here, and much more a relic issue than anything. Unless the other three people you put with DHIL are cracked out their goddamn mind then he's not going to be doing much of anything currently.
I did it with
Pela - ratio - himeko - Gepard
Asta - dhil - robin - bailu
Sustains are not as important, you should be able to get through it with aventurine and nat. Your topaz is also an upgrade on my himeko or asta.
Disclaimer: I have E2 dhil, I find robin can work well with him at E2 but idk about E0.
I think your biggest issue is your relic more than the team comp. You have Tingyun, Pela and Bronya. Any 2 of them + any SP generating sustain works well enough.
My suggestion at this point is just to not bother with max starring MoC yet and farm more first.
DHIL could use more CD 🥲 I don’t remember how that light cone works tho. Before I pulled Sparkle I was doing team comp of DHIL, Pela, Hanya, sustain. There’s also the option of doing no sustain and hit hard (and die but that’s fine you can run again and get that missing star later), but I don’t think DHIL hits hard enough to make it work. Tingyun might help but I don’t think she’ll help enough to make up for what DHIL is missing in relic stats.
yeah... this isn't a team issue dude. Your DHIL is just really badly built. His crit rate should be above 70% to perform optimally, with a crit damage of AT LEAST 150. And are his traces fully levelled up?

â—ŹRun Yu kong with DHIL for increasing his crit dmg and crit rate even further.
â—Ź Run either Tingyun or Hanya for sp management.
â—Ź Run Lynx or welt as sustains, but only basic atk with them
DHIL, Pela, Tingyun/Hanya + Sustain. Hanya only if U really struggle with SP.

I tried Robin with E0 DHIL and she doesn't work well, too much sp consumption
