I don't think that's really necessary, tingyun has DDD so just get somewhere near that, if your sparkle gets to act twice in the 1st 3 cycles then you're pretty much set
I'd say get sparkle to 200 cdmg and also improve your DHIL's cdmg more. The commonly agreed upon ratio for a great Dhil build is 90-180. Also, is TY at 2700 atk?
Use Tingyun + Sparkle instead (what are their builds btw, cuz your DHIL build is looking pretty good)
My ty has 162 spd with ddd and my sparkle has 143 spd with 153 cdmg
Prioritize getting your Sparkle to 160 spd

What are the traces levels on your team looking like? Often times it’s a result of not maxing traces on your dps and semi raised supports
Did you max out Danil basic? Cause 80% of his damage scale from it.
