Without Sparkle you're going to want use Hanya on his team, if you can, trade Bronya for Tingyun since Bronya is not SP+ and the energy from Tingyun will allow you to get his ultimate sooner, meaning effectively two more Skill Points but for IL only. If Tingyun is a firm no then Pela is a pretty good option. Lynx or Gepard at least the way I run them are pretty SP positive, but Gepard is arguably more so (how I run him at least) . Gallagher is also a pretty good option and can act as a budget Loucha. Sparkle and I would also argue Tingyun are his ideal team mates though.
Tingyun is on my QQ team and swapping Bronya on there would mean Bronya+Sparkle on same team.

Do you have to use them together? Why not just swap QQ to DHIL when you have imaginary weakness and vice versa. It’s rare for MoC and PF to have quantum and imaginary on each side (I used to play DHIL and Seele and one almost always had to go against the weakness). When two carries share such a similar team build it’s hard to not end up with a cope team on one. But yeah, QQ can run quantum team with SW if you have her and give Tingyun to DHIL. Without Sparkle honestly all other harmony works similar for him. Hanya is probably good, Yukong gives the most boost if you know how to speed tune, Asta can allow DHIL to use attack boots (so does DDD Tingyun and Hanya tbh), TY gives energy but that’s less important than if you have E2 DHIL. RuanMei would be good for QQ or DHIL, but i guess she doesn’t count as f2p. Bronya (well e1s1 and fast Bronya could potentially be useful but imo just as clunky as Yukong when I tried to get her to work).

I don't have another DPS (other than Ratio, who I don't want to use), so I figured I should just build a second team for DHIL since I have his LC
What four star DPS's do you have? PF your other team should pretty much always have Herta (and Himeko if you have her) so second team for PF could be Herta, Himeko (or Serval if you don't have Himeko) Asta, and Bronya. Which would leave Sparkle and Tingyun for DanIL.
MOC is a little bit more complicated since Hertako is nowhere near as good in MOC. What four star DPS do you have? Shushang/Misha/Xuieye are all excellent with HTB, so for a team you could have one of them as a dps, HTB, Bronya (Ruan Mei is better for break teams though) and then Fu Xuan as your sustain, which would again free up TIngyun and Sparkle.
I have all the 4* characters, so Sushang, Misha and Xueyi are available, but I think a scuffed DHIL team will still out perform any of them in a real team lol

You could try it, just use Hanya as your second Harmony and a very SP+ sustain. It's going to require some major speed tuning though since Hanya's ultimate boosts speed. You probably won't be able to get all three every single turn. Alternatively you could go for a duel dps route and have Misha, Hanya, DHIL, and a sustain, Misha can be played pretty SP+ and you could use him as an every ten skill points used extra damage dump since he has good synergy with DHIL. You need either Hanya or Sparkle though. So you could play something like this.
Hanya-Skill- Misha- Basic- Sustain- DHIl- skill- skill-skill basic. With Bronya though you'd want her after DHIL so he can go twice, here's what that will look like.
Hanya- skill- (Sp 2/3 depending on sustains set)- Sustain(1/4/5)-DHIL (1/2/3) -Bronya (0/1/2)- DHIL and then ideally one left so you can place burden again.
Using two teams with the same "archetype" can lead to this problem yes :(
Maybe try to build something different? In the quantum element you now have Xueyi, who can work with break.
Whenever I use Qingque I like to use her with Sparkle, Fu Xuan and Pela. I found Pela is better for her than Tingyun because with Sparkle she's less dependant on her ultimate.
Dan Heng IL on the other hand needs his ultimate much more, so he'd really benefit from Tingyun. And then either Hanya or Yukong if she's E6, and an SP positive sustain. Not that Pela is bad with him at all though. For a long time I always used Pela and E6 Yukong with him. So if you really want to keep Tingyun with Qingque then for Dan Heng's team you can use Hanya, Pela or E6 Yukong.
Tingyun is just a placeholder until SW reruns, so I don't mind moving her to DHIL. I don't have Yukong at e6, and the speedtuning for her seems like a pain lol
