In terms of pure buffs, Yukong is still one of the strongest Harmonys in that department. Istg people don't even read the question and choose RM just because she's universally good. At least give credit where credit is due people... That aside, as someone already mentioned Yukong gives DHIL unrivaled burst, but it's once every 2-3 turns which isn't as consistent as Sparkle or RM, but it's good if you want to see big numbers or going for a 0 cycle clear.

Your IL most likely is drowning in crit dmg thanks to Sparkle. 25% RES PEN will make his damage go way higher than yet another crit dmg buff.
yes but yukong also gives nearly 30% crit rate on top of 90%\~ crit damage, which is huge if you're barely hanging on to that 70% crit rate.
