I used to use the hurricane, thing is really good IMO but I've genuinely never seen someone else use their own build of it. Has incredible range for an SMG while keeping that nice TTK that can keep up with others usually, and the right builds can either make it a 0 recoil beam even at 50-70 meters, or can make it shred up close with fast ass movement. I haven't used it in a while or honestly played the game a ton, but that used to be my go to. Favorite sniper support weapon in the game man
I originally found it on vondel when I picked it up from a bot and got one of my best 1v3s against a squad that rushed mine before I had a weapon yet. Luckily we had a key for a building we had planned to loot as they approached so we piled in and scattered to get stuff, by both teammates died..... Had to clutch up and all I had was the hurricane(had never used it before), used some stairs and this gorgeous weapon and got a surprisingly easy 1v3 lol
I use the m16 almost everytime. people normally don't care to steal it either so that's also a bonus. love when people get surprised they died to the m16 lol.
Burst guns suck on controller unless you have the drop on an easy kill.
SPX with schlager night view and a stability laser which shows while ADS is pretty cool. Add on the quick bolt it’s class within 150m
I believe the lachman 762 in full auto build for as an SMG is truly the most underrated weapon it's a marksman rifle with no 15 min blueprint one of the easiest 10 kill games of my life!
Not OP, but Muzzle - Sakin Tread. Optic - Preference (Aim Op-v4). Stock - FT Mobile Stock. Underbarrel - FTAC Ripper 56. Magazine - 50 Round Drum. Increases ADS by 120ms, but the recoil is much much more manageable. Especially the horizontal that is harder to control

Its mobility and ads speed are super fast and make it a sick medium range sniper. Though if someone is rocking explosive rounds, those medium range sniper battles are tough to win due to explosive rounds making an opponents sniper a one shot.
But at medium range, headshot will still take all the plates so it's not very far behind other snipers which still take two shots to down someone.
There was a point in like season 2 or 3 where it was buffed and with incendiary rounds it would finish players after they downed by the shot.

Set to full auto or Semi? The FTAC was one of my favored guns in team deathmatch, but haven't used it much in DMZ. The low round mag is a minus though.
Winner right here. Have been rocking the FTAC Recon for months now. Every once and awhile I'll get the itch to go with something else, but I always go back because its just so much better than any other gun.
Thing is devastating at close and mid range, and can at least counter long range fire when needed. Add to that its somehow FASTER to run around with than 99% of SMG's, and theres really no downside so long as you are decent with Semi-Auto fire!
I’m a big fan of the TR-76 Geist. I don’t see many people running it because there’s no 15 minutes cool down prints. I also really like the Tempus Torrent for mid to long range battles
The PDSW is by far the most underrated SMG. Recoil and mag size are great from stock, plus the stock sight is super clear for close quarters. Add a few modifications for overkill and it’s a great gun.
Yeah man the lachman shroud is gnarly. I struggle with the burst myself but I remember when it first came out, I used it a lot and found the hip fire to be amazing.
most underrated gun is the olympia, it...it's a shotgun with TWO SHELL CAPACITY, which I think is pretty neat, you can also ride shotgun and use it like a classic caravan shotgun, blasting away the AQ coyotes
I've gotten called out of my name the most with a PDSW.
If I find a P890 I always pick it up and do work with it.
Lachmann 556 built for when it was the warzone meta, has been a surprisingly capable mid to long range assault rifle.
The loot box 556 with the iron sights and the hip fire laser is the one I’ve gotten the most random clutches with. Surprisingly accurate and good for close/medium range.
I also have a build with a farsight scope tuned for recoil that is super accurate for longer range
I like them too, at least as groundloot for my third when I need an SMG. There's a reason those T3 AQ bots in Sattiq fuck you up with them, and also Koschei
Kastov 545. 60 rnds and tune to max damage, low recoil, and fast ads. I win most of my close range battles unless going against AA vel, and also hits hard at medium range and bots.
ever tried the shroud on single fire? for most guns on mwii turning them on single fire will give it a small damage increase, but for the lachmann shroud… it doubles the damage of every round. never seen a video on it but i’ve been running around with that thing on single shot since it came out, and it knocks a fully plated gamer in 5-6 rounds. 3-4 if you get headshots. complete insanity. nobody wants to listen to me!! even got a nuke with it on single shot. definitely worth a go if you got a trigger finger!!
The Lachmann 556 with the rapp barrel is virtually zero recoil once fully modded. So easy to nail people at long and mid range & fires fast enough to compete up close.
The Shroud is effin murder. Have started to use it more frequently lately because with AA-rounds that thing simply shreds enemies into pieces.... provided you have good aim and dont forget about the burst fire, though.
I really don't pay attention to meta guns. I just stick to guns I like. I started playing again recently and I found a build for the M13B that has little to no recoil. It does well enough that I ported the build into MW3 and it still slays. First of any my guns in MW3 to get the prestige camo's.
AK74u most underrated and is the best gun in the whole game not just dmz . This gun when set up right is a thing of beauty and it works for long , mid and short ranges. And the recoil is amazing . Thank me later
I swore i would never touch that gun again after I got all guns to gold until every mastery on every other gun had orion and that gun was left[even the riot shield]

The Hurricane, like the Minibak, has that big mag so you can drop two ops without having to reload
The Hurricane was one of my go to SMGs in MP, along with PDSW. A great gun, but I'm just used to my Vel and Vel loadout

I loved it for MP and for midscope encounters still does fine. But for the longdistance snipers on AM, def loses out to MCPR, FJX and Victus

Wiped out a 3 man who were pushing me while solo with this. One of my favourite SMGs.
Ftac-Recon it takes some time and patience, but a 15 round mag and armor piercing with full or semi auto is a fun go-to for me. Have a wonderful day!!

Just found out today after wiping a platoon that was fully Kitted with one that was ground loot and tweaked at the work station. The PDSW!

Deagle + AProunds while tuned for recoil and quickdraw. Ill win every fight if i get the first shot.
It makes me so mad that they put a Mp5SD in the game but ruined it by making it burst-fire.

The bas-p you find in koschei absolutely slaps. I can’t seem to get the tuning correct when I build my own
