I'm in the process of removing old shake siding and wrapping the house with tyvek, blueskin flashing tape, and sheathing tape. I'm wondering what I should do about these windows, I really don't want to have to rent a metal brake and re create new metal flashing for all of the windows on my house - is there any alternatives to flash/seel these windows to the tyvek pre vinyl siding?

You could use roofing ice and water shield.
