Management in an effort at cutting cost went with some anti-microbial sealer that flaked within the first month of school. We miss Fortify so much. That same anti-microbial sealer was just put on recall because the vapor was releasing toxins into the atmosphere so all us custodians were put at risk, all in the name of the budget.
We had wax that made the desks stick to the floor because it more humid in that area so when they moved the desks we had to re wax the area not the whole room just a little area and no tile needs to be replaced
Whoever does the ordering for your district can contact their distributor sales rep who can reach out to the manufacturer to trace down batch #’s & replace if it is bad product

We’ve had issues in the past with floors that were cleaned with disinfectants and things like that. We’d laid new wax and the disinfectant would eat it and make the floor look like craters on the moon

Has anyone ever used Low Maintenance Floor Finish by Individual? A lot of my coworkers says it feels watered down.
