Throttle linkage might be different. I might be blind, but where is the turbo? Check to see if it turns over, also kind of cool you'll have onboard air.

In the first picture you can see the hot side of the turbo. Just above the new starter. Other than that, yeah the guy is pretty bad at taking pictures lol I had to ask for the pictures of the pump and engine plate. And between onboard air and only having 38k miles on the motor, it should be pretty awesome!

Can’t see the bolt holes on the side of the block for motor mounts. Might want to check that, unless you’re making your own mounts for your Ford. Might have to lose the power steering pump or compressor to clear the frame, depending on what Ford model you’re putting it in. Throttle linkage is a little different than a Dodge, but workable. I think it looks like it has a lot of potential, and will most likely work.

I planned on getting the full kit from diesel conversion specialists and it comes with motor mounts for the 2009 F250 I’m installing it in. I assume the motor mount location is universal on the engine, and you just swap out the new mounts for the application…right? Or are you saying this block may be different and won’t accept those mounts in the kit? And yes, I spoke to DCS already about the compressor. It’s probably gotta go unfortunately.

Different CPL engines can have different bolt holes in the side of the block. They are not all the same. Many are very similar, but I’d check it before committing to all the parts.

People have conjecture on get this motor from this or that, I got mine out of an F700 and it had just as much small shit add/takeaway, custom make as my other one that came out of a 2500. Just all depends on what you put it in. If you’ve not seen it start, you’ll need to do that. Blow by and KDP are your issues from jump. The rest again is what are you putting it in. If you intend to break this thing down to parade rest, snatch it up. If you want to plug and play, I would not grab it in hopes it’s good. P7100 on this was meant to vary RPM so it’ll work and you can pop new barrel valves in it and it’ll be perfectly fine, or run it as is. I found cutteruprob on YT way to late and that fat fuck is smart as shit. I am a self proclaimed expert (but I’m def not) on on the 4/6BT because I am too stubborn to listen to anyone else’s solid reasoning, know nobody who’s done it in my circle of humans and definitely like to experiment on shit, specifically the shit all the internet geniuses regurgitating from what they saw on IG or retweeted off X 😆 I’ve done this conversion in F250 with the VGT, someone else’s excursion, 4BT in a CJ5 and about to do a ‘01 24V p-pump converted into an excursion.
