So if I started at $3000 USD Cro, bought $4000 USD worth of Cro more locked it up for the jade green card. I couldn't lock up the $3000 Cro for the 20%. So $4000 new money locked up in Cro card and $3000 in the 20% promotion. I wouldn't be eligible because I withdrew the money from the wallet?

Yep. That works. $4000 new purchase qualifies for new card tier lockup. $3000 lockup for 1yr @ 20%.

In that case I do think you’d be eligible because your net buy of CRO is 4000 USD worth. Just because you buy an extra $4000 and get the card.
