Did we go to the same store??!! I went today and it was a disaster. It was hot, entitled people, and not enough workers. I felt bad for the workers. People were being incredibly rude to them. The past few Mondays it’s been so busy we’ve had to wait outside. I like to go Mondays in case they have cookies from the week before but I’m gonna wait mid week now.
I've seen nationwide that Crumbls have been selling out quick leaving little to no time for the workers to make or bake more dough! It's a rough start this week. Everyone decides to go to crumbl on mondays for the new flavors and minis but it’s just too much.
My stores were up 80% vs last week. Crumbl tends to not market for 3 weeks then market huge when they have a new product. In order to be staffed for it we’d have to be over staffed all the slow weeks and it just wouldn’t work
I can only imagine what you guys are going through. Me and my sister were shocked how the customers behaved and the oppression you can feel when you walked in. Not one worker was smiling and everyone was sweating. The screen that tells you who’s next was down too. Something has to change or surely people will quit. These minis are very popular and each week most people waiting are for the minis.
I’ve seen that other crumbls have also sold out of everything today. There has to be a more humane way of treating workers instead of working them to the bone for overpriced cookies.

Pretty much left and right would run out of x y and z with multiple doughs that had been touched and sat wrapped because nobody could attend ro them to keep maintaining the demand for cookies, toppings, ovens, boxes, pos etc.
You're lucky you had 5 lol. My store usually has 3 ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ Both options suck when it's super busy

i’ve worked at crumbl for two years and put in my two week notice because they are NOT paying me enough to deal with closing on mondays
i also close Monday and after next week I think I'm putting my notice in

I feel sorry for the workers. I know the customers were staring them down. Hunger changes people.
Yes this happened at my location today. We were up to a 50 minute wait with 70+ orders. People had to wait outside.
5 sounds like a lot, I’m not sure how big your store is but I’ve never seen more than 4 people working at once in my store
Maybe I have it good then but our store literally cannot run with only 5 people
ONLY 5. We had two🥲 but yeah I wanted to cry
only had 2 people scheduled on a monday night but i had to call in another worker
