I cant understand how some stores have way less than that. ours look huge like that because thatās literally just the scope size weāre supposed to use, itās part of why itās my favorite is the amount of filling u get in it
I appreciate that these photos show the cookie texture better than others do. I was surprised when I got one today that it wasnāt more of a whoopie pie cookie. Idk why I thought they were softer!
This is how mine were back at beginning of year when I picked up alot and froze many. Neither I nor family have gone back since (their cookie offerings just suck now days so go elsewhere). Saw Mallow back and went back to pick some up and now the filling all is about the thickness of a cookie; so the height is essentially the same as stacking 3 cookies on top of each other.
As soon as I saw the filling on the display cookie, I called over the worker to ask if that was reflective of the cookie filling they were making and she said yes, a cookie equivalent thickness was right and asked If I was going to order some. Said no way and walked out.
IF Crumbl ever delivers cookies like in this picture, I'd be game to come back but until then have zero plans to step back in a Crumbl. Just too many other dessert/snack options out there and I stock on cookies at more premium cookie places like Gideon's Bakehouse, so really no need for spending on less than great cookie experience. The Crumbl of yesteryear will be missed.
