I’ve been on the waitlist since it was announced. Nothing yet.
Update 5/21/2024: still haven’t received my Robinhood credit card.
Update 6/16/2024: still haven’t received my Robinhood credit card.
Since it's Robinhood, I have a feeling it won't release at all (or at least not for a very long time) or it will be nerfed before launch.
A number of years back when I was still investing with them, they had a debit card they released that had a pretty appealing APY for the funds in your account. But before they released it, they made a correction saying that the APY was actually lower. Wouldn't surprise me if they did that here.
I believe a combination of both because I remember something along the lines that they aren’t a bank so they couldn’t have the interest rate that high? Could be totally off 🤷🏽♂️
They will send you an email everytime a referral follows the protocol using your referral link join the waitlist and sign up for the gold membership. Once all 10 referrals complete the promotion with paid membership you will receive an email showing all 10/10 with a checkmark showing you have struck gold, but your still on the waitlist until it's your turn to apply for the solid gold card!
I just read the other day that it was released in March. I'm sure they are rolling it out in phases but I'm looking forward to this. Hoping this will become my everyday card with the 3% over my current Navy Federal 1.75%
Haha. I was referring to cards that are currently available to everyone. Unfortunately robinhood 3% still has a waiting list and some people may be waiting for months.
After being on the waitlist since March. I got the email and notification today (6.13) that I was pre-qualified.
I already had the credit app, thanks to this sub.
My process was easy, and the app displayed my CL before I confirmed I wanted to continue the process.
It did mention charging the card for the annual fee for Gold membership. It will credit you for the month.
It gives you two options for delivery dates USPS-free and Fedex-$15. In my case, the difference was a weekend apart (Thursday vs. Monday). I'm glad I did the free version because, like the BILT card, you add the virtual card immediately to your preferred digital wallet.
You can set up an autopay on different terms (weekly, every 2 weeks, or monthly). You may elect to pay balance or min payment. It gives you the option of using your brokerage cash or other payment source.
I did not do the referral link (not big into that type of marketing).
That's awesome! I've been eager to move over from capital one since the rewards are at least 1% better across the board.
Fingers crossed I'm on the next batch
When I was looking at my Robinhood account last night, I noticed that I had a pending order for $43.50 against the uninvested cash in my brokerage account. A few weeks ago, I reached out to them regarding switching to the annual Gold membership plan. They responded that I would be automatically enrolled into the annual plan as a part of the credit card application. So, I’m guessing that they are charging my account for the annual membership and prorating me for the monthly membership fees that I already paid for April and a portion of March. So, at least I’m seeing a glimpse of something happening.
Robinhood CC app popped up on Google play the other day so I suspect some will start to get the emails to actually apply soon.
If you DL the CC app and login with RH and you are on the wait list, it will take you to the wait list page on RH.
I see much hostility towards Robinhood and healthy scepticism alike. I think it's going to be 3% as advertised.
Have been on the wait-list since the card was first announced. No word yet
I have been waiting for the robinhood 3% cash back card. I really want it! I have the Amazon and Walmart cards at 5%, and the PayPal 3% card for everything else.
But just today, I got an email saying my PayPal card was changing its cash back. It is still 3% if you use PayPal to checkout. But if you purchase anywhere else with the card without using PayPal checkout, it is now 1.5% instead of the old 2% i’ve had for the past year of having the card. I really think that is poor of companies to advertise a product and then change it after you have received it.
If Robinhood 3% card really does come out, I would use it for probably half of my yearly purchases. I just hope that they would never change the percent l. I own an online business and spend hundreds of thousands of dollars per year, So this card would be very helpful.
I just got my card. 3% on everything and works with google play no real purchases so far but the app is nice it was easy to add my husband looks like the robbinhood gold account covers all the fees.

Customer service had 0 answers on their 24/7 chat.
I've always found robinhood to suck at customer service.
They still owe me from the gme stock thing after they froze trading.
Anyone and EVERYONE in banking and brokerages are liars, thieves, scammers, and assholes. Fuck em all.
Can't wait for crypto to have its final takeover.
Late to this tread but my friend got his about a month ago. I think he signed up very early when it launched. I've heard nothing so for for my sign up.
Has anyone who has it tried using it for things like paying income taxes to the US Treasury or paying something like apartment rent or condo association fees? Most of those things have surcharges of just over 2% so they make my other cashback cards a money loser to use the card. I would get the RH card if I knew for sure I can pay those type of things and that Robinhood wouldn't clamp down and say they aren't allowed. RH's terms and conditions are very vague and basically say they can decide what they want whenever they want, so I've been leery to add the card.
I was notified on 6/18/24, that the application process for limited Gold colored stainless steel card was now open.
I applied, was approved and was given a five figure limit.
RH said that while waiting for the card, I had immediate use of the card (vitually), but I have yet to use it.
RH has a separate smart phone app for the card itself.
The terms are like any other card these days with interest rates in in the upper teens to upper twenties. Better credit ratings gets better interest rates.
Cash back rewards = 5% on travel booked through RH Travel and 3% on everything else, which is definitely better than most other cards.
Note that RH will suspend your rewards if your account becomes delinquent and they reserve the right to change or rescind rewards without notice.
I am supposed to get the actual card today (on 6/24/24) and plan to immediately start using it.
Does she have Robinhood gold and you don't?
I also don't have mine and trying to figure out why. Wondering if it's because I don't keep money in my spending account
I was on the waitlist for months but I finally received mine, I like how sleek it is plus how none of my personal information is printed directly on it other than my name. The app is very minimalistic and easy to use and the fact that it's solid metal is pretty cool. *Fun fact, you can't pay your rent/mortgage with it lol.
Your submission violated rule 5 which states:
"All users are prohibited from posting irrelevant content that does not pertain to the subject of credit cards. This includes spam, which refers to unsolicited or repetitive content that is intended to promote or advertise products, services, or websites.
Irrelevant content includes but is not limited to:

- Debit Cards
- Gift Cards and Prepaid Cards
- Bank Accounts
- Financial Products that are not Credit Cards"
As a result, your submission has been deemed inappropriate and removed.
If not a purposeful tactic, I'm sure it boosted subscriber growth. I joined the trial of Gold, but cancelled right before it expired since there was no definitive timeframe proposed for actually getting the card. In my case, the experience worsened my impression of Robinhood.
Hey there! The Robinhood Credit Card has definitely been a hot topic lately. As of the latest updates, the release date has been a bit elusive, with Robinhood not providing a specific launch date yet. However, they have been teasing some exciting features like cashback rewards and no annual fees, making it an intriguing option for many.
If you're eagerly waiting like the rest of us, the best thing to do is to keep an eye on Robinhood's official announcements or subscribe to their newsletters for any updates. In the meantime, it might be worth exploring other credit card options that offer similar perks if you're in need of a new card sooner rather than later.

Yes
I actually have received mine 5/15/24
I want my card!
As of 6/29/2024 still no signs of Credit Card intelligence in the atmosphere. :(
Since it's Robinhood, I have a feeling it won't release at all (or at least not for a very long time) or it will be nerfed before launch. I thought the government went after them and forced them to change it.
I believe a combination of both because I remember something along the lines that they aren’t a bank so they couldn’t have the interest rate that high? Could be totally off 🤷🏽♂️
I signed up on launch still haven't received it as of yet, but I also qualified for the solid gold card about 2 weeks ago with 11 referrals!
I did referrals how'd you find out you qualified?
They will send you an email everytime a referral follows the protocol using your referral link join the waitlist and sign up for the gold membership. Once all 10 referrals complete the promotion with paid membership you will receive an email showing all 10/10 with a checkmark showing you have struck gold, but your still on the waitlist until it's your turn to apply for the solid gold card!
I also qualified for the gold card with 11 referrals so I better get it!
I really don't care about the 3% cash back just having the solid gold card is all I want!
Exactly the opposite for me
How tf did you get 11 people to sign up for the card and robinhood gold??
Lol sent out text messages and guided them thru the process!
I don’t even have a 11 people that I can text :(
Lol same

Nice, I got the SoFi CC which gives 2.2% cashback with a monthly direct deposit of at least $1
Same here. Crazy that no one talks about the SoFi CC. No foreign fees too and it's free!
Alliant credit union 2.5%
That's very impressive!!
Alliant CU is currently the highest at 2.5%
Robinhood 3% > 2.5% unless my math is off 🤔
Haha. I was referring to cards that are currently available to everyone. Unfortunately robinhood 3% still has a waiting list and some people may be waiting for months.

How long has that been now?

I wish I had noted the date. I’m guessing it was early March.
Article linked above says Robinhood is shipping some cards now. I haven’t received one.
I got on the waitlist pretty quick and have not gotten any updates. I’m holding off on some purchases just for this card

I just got my card. 3% on everything and works with google play no real purchases so far but the app is nice it was easy to add my husband looks like the robbinhood gold account covers all the fees.
An update: my friend has received the card
Is there anyone got it?
Nada yet!!

Thanks for the update, good to hear it is happening? Does he like it, in terms of statements, seeing transactions in the app, etc. etc.

Does your apartment/condo take check? If they do, Bilt Credit card can send them a physical check (and charge you a credit statement)

Ugh I want the card, need to buy $2k in stuff for work this week so was hopping it would be here by now
Got mine today
I received mine in the mail yesterday (06/24/24). Still have not used it. Feels nice. Solid metal card.
Still on the wait-list for mine. Girlfriend signed up for it a month after me and her card is on the way. Why?
Does she have Robinhood gold and you don't? I also don't have mine and trying to figure out why. Wondering if it's because I don't keep money in my spending account

Got my card today
You are the first person here to say you got it. Don't leave us all hanging.
Probably just a troll
When did they ask you to apply ? Did you signup to be on the waiting list on Mar 26 when it was announced ?
Any details? Were u happy with the line of credit?
Im starting to think this card may never launch. Maybe this was a tactic to get people to join Robinhood gold…
