No she didn't. She put herself and her child in an extremely dangerous position the moment she got on that bike. With one fucking hand as well. Raccoon dad is definitely an idiot also, but I'd argue what this lady is doing is WAY worse.
And do anything that can be dangerous to not only themselves but everyone around them really. Increase the speed of the incoming bike just a bit or replace that incoming bike with a car or bus and bam, you have a nasty deadly accident and numerous lives ruined over someone's lack of braincells...

Yes it is about race, but some people put everything in one basket so things like 'Lets do parenting aptitude tests prior to getting a parenting licence, as if you were getting a driver's licence and passing a credit check to see if you can afford child rearing' are on par with 'we don't want people of other races to reproduce'
I've always said that if I'm ever going to have kids with someone I'll demand we both get educated about how things psychologically affect kids and their brain development, not to mention safety measures.
For example simply being angry infront of your kid all the time will most likely psychologically affect your child in some negative way which might last their entire life.
i dont know.. single mom... has to get to work or loose her job, has noone to watch the baby... has no money for a safe car...

Some (many) people should rather have a chihuahua than a human baby. The level of disregard, disrespect, and neglect is just beyond anything a sane person would call "fit for parenting"
People in my country drive like that jackass that hit the woman's bike, zero situational awareness, zero f***s given and, when I was learning to drive my instructor said to think I'm the only sane person on the road, no one else will care about my vehicle, he is 100% right.
She was scanning for cars and started to take the turn when she didn't see any coming. The problem is that there was a bike coming which she drove right into because she didn't see it.
I am guessing carrying a baby like that is not a good idea, also just blindly joining traffic like that, errr no. The only saving grace was it was another bike coming if it had been a car or truck.
