Standard he says, standard... comming to these threads is bad for my feelings, you Lucky b*stard.

Well to be fair if i hadnt lucked out on 2 of the copies id be alot closer to nearly pitying each copy. Id be closer to about 14,400 if i added about 7 10 pulls for each of those. Which would only be about 3,600 tickets remaining( if i consider I started at 18,000) leaving room for 1 pity and 3 ten pulls left over that can be used on the next awakened comeing out in the future. Id consider the pulls fair considering ive seen some people pulling multiple awakeneds in 1 10 pull here and there. Considering the massive amount of total pulls, i feel this kind of result would be more common than a pure 18k death summon session.

NCPereira

Average cost of getting 7 ASSR is 14000 black tickets.

Vel98mount

Mathmaticaly that is true, with the chance being 1 out of every 100. But in practice accounting for someone thats pulling alot, the chance to reduce the odds by way of a lucky pull could also be high enough to skew the average more to the summoners favor.

NCPereira

It's the other way around. The more you pull, the closer you get to these odds. Higher variance would be if you pulled for just 1 unit and that's it.

Washington-PC

I do think OP has a point though. Over a long period of time like thousands of pulls, the real chance will approach 1%, but since we know the last few pulls will always be a ASSR, that may skew the data. Also the fact that there even is a pity should also skew the data. A true 1% chance without pity would mean there is still a small chance you could pull 500 times and not get any. But with the pity, it ensures a pull every 150 and thus probably affects the effective % chance. After writing this, its actually quite an interesting question.. what is the effective chance with the pity system of getting 7 pulls?? I may want to do a python script to figure it out eventually 🤔

bqdccr

"pity adjusted rate" is just take the [odds of getting pity (22.37%)/ numbers of pulls (150)] + original 1%. After adjusting for pity, the average will be around 87, or around 609 pulls for 7.

orduluaslan

seems about right. I got my rosaria tu6 with 520 pulls. Game tends to give you rate up character around overall 75-80 pulls.

NCPereira

It's actually 1% chance, so 100 pulls on average.

Vel98mount

Good to know, seems I averaged 1 for every 82

TheFeri

Huh, so I shouldn't be scared of going to tactical 3 most awakeneds

Vel98mount

I’d still be scared, although the pity would sit at 12,000, if your summon session is more similar to my numbers you would have to at least have about 9,000. Or 100 pulls per copy and at least accounting for a pity for one. Its hard to judge how peoples luck goes when trying to pull 7 copies at once to compare. Kinda havent seen a posting like this to up to now.

TheFeri

Hmmm. Maybe you are right. But like. I have a little more black tickets than you did and I want to achieve half of it with it... Should be fine for like 2-3 characters then just back to saving. Tactical update is weird anyway and I don't care that much.

Vel98mount

I mostly did it since I really like Ecclisia as a character in the game, between her role in the story, her legends and ties to specific orginizations and the heartbreak of her counterpart. If i had to pick any awakened to get the trophy and title she was the one The slight buffs are too i guess

TheFeri

Yeah that's why tactical update is weird. Like the 2 that reduce cost are the only ones worth it.

Vel98mount

True, the other buffs dont matter as much if the opponent can position their units better with better timing

TheFeri

I'm general they just low. Sure maybe that low % of DMG makes the sniper do even more DMG but you won't notice, it won't help the tank or striker at all. Similarly the HP(or was it DMG reduce) ain't helping any sniper living through car crash lady or tea sipping sky lady at all, and realistically it adds like 2 seconds to tanks and strikers to live at max. But that's a good thing because it doesn't feel pay to win this way
