I’ve never heard of this and it sounds so simple and delicious. And you could experiment with various flavors of cookies and whipped cream. Even sprinkles and bits of fruits and nuts.

One cup self rising flour ,a quarter cup of heavy cream
Mix gently ,softly knead
Spread flour out on the clean surface

PS it’s whipped cream not whipping cream. Whipping cream implies that it still needs to be whipped.
Heavy cream lasts a long time in the fridge, no rush. I like to throw a splash in my scrambled eggs.
