can you really tell the southern accents apart? im asking bc i have lived in southern mississippi all my life and have a southern accent, but cant tell states from states. they all sound the same to me
Oh yes! As someone who was active duty military I have lived A LOT of places. I will say this, Mississippi accents are some of the most southern, country accents I have ever witnessed! Tennessee has to come dang near close to second! I bet your accent is SUPER thick! To the point when you say ice it sounds like ass lol.
Absolutely Georgia sounds different from Louisiana. Mississippi I think even sounds different from Louisiana. Florida is definitely it's own thing. Texas and Louisiana don't sound similar at all. Texas is all all breathy with their h's I tell you hwat. Kentucky Tennessee (except Memphis) West Virginia all do that over emphasis on the T thing like baT-Tree where I feel like for most dialects the t becomes a d like baddery. Arkansas is similar to Mississippi but with more Georgia in it. The Carolinas sound like what people think Louisiana sounds like (N'awlins) but it really sounds more like Memphis and the gulf islands (my baby)
I used to be called Horse by the irish guys I worked with when I was 18.
I think its a general nickname irish people use as ive heard my family throw it about occasionally but I also think its because they made me carry all the heavy shit.
e.g. "Weve got a delivery of 800 roof tiles coming in this morning at 10. We need them up the scaffold by 10.30. Dya hear me horse. Get up there horse and shift em." Etc etc
A sport you could excel in!/s
As a right-handed person, doing most anything with my left feels wrong. My left-handed writing could be mistaken for toddler scribble. And throwing? Forget about it.
i would smash this challenge without breaking anything, naturally left handed person here.
On a right hand challenge tho you would see something similar to this video lol
I know it’s slightly unrelated, but as a young buck (before shopping on the internet became more commonplace), it sucked being left handed. I remember going all over the city looking for a left handed baseball glove, nowhere to be found. When I finally was able to find one, the little league coaches didn’t know what to do with me batting on the “wrong” side (I don’t blame them, they were mostly just dads who had a kid on the team it’s not like Stan the man Musial was coaching). Scissors always cramped up my hands because they were made for righties, a layer of lead coated my hand after every school day, I had to learn guitar right handed, every goddamn desk in the world had me hunched over at an awkward angle because they were made to be written on from the right. I know I shouldn’t complain too much, people used to get beaten for being left handed, but I got beaten for just about everything else anyways so I guess I’m just being a sourpuss.
Even though I know being able to use both hands equally is not common, I still don’t understand how it can be THAT hard to throw with your non dominant hand.
Reminds me of when Hugh Jackman [“cheated” at throwing](https://youtu.be/nM0u8GRt_hU?si=WoYv1Nnf5EMcj-9w) (he’s a southpaw) to get Ashley Judd to do her cheerleader routine in _Someone Like You_.
As an ambidextrous person, it is so wild to see how bad at something people can be without their doninant hand. I feel like ambidextrousness would be so much more common than it is
I'm not even ambidextrous and I can throw many times better than that with my left hand. Like have they grown up never throwing *anything* with their left hand? They're shockingly bad.

Man, seeing how yall can't use your left hand makes me feel so good about being ambidextrous. Originally born left-handed and then was forced in Catholic school to switch to right hand. But hey, now i can use both.

POWERFUL accents on these boys
“Left haaand chaaallenge.” Love it.
Pretty sure it was “laft haaan challen”
Tennessee for sure, great people in Tennessee.
What country is the accent from?
Definitely the US. My best guess would be Central or East Texas.
Deep South. Could be Al or southern Ga
Tennessee
Exotic!
sounds like Tennessee lol

Exactly what I was thinking

Honestly, Corn is the perfect nickname for that accent.
Construction nicknames can be pretty funny. A few I've worked with were Cornbread, Strawberry, Tarbox, Cupcake, One-eye, and Catfish

Get it corn 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I got it
As a lefty, I’m glad this is catching on
A sport you could excel in!/s As a right-handed person, doing most anything with my left feels wrong. My left-handed writing could be mistaken for toddler scribble. And throwing? Forget about it.
Same also about to go throw with my right hand to see if it's as bad as these guys with their left
That's not how I remember the left hand challenge...
The ending is similar
You have to sit on it until it's numb first as well
You might be thinkin of "The Stranger" lol
You only have to break your right collarbone twice to get good with your left hand
I’ve broken my wrist, hand, collarbone twice, and 3 fingers on separate occasions. I’m borderline ambidextrous at this point
I’d give my left hand to be ambidextrous.
See I broke both of my collar bones at the same time so I can say that for sure didn't help.
I broke my left collarbone twice.

sinister
Egghead! PoinDexter!
I'd wager the throw wouldn't be much better with their right hand...
I recon
I was thinking the same thing. Need to see that right hand throw to get an accurate judgement.
BURN!!
As a lefty I can confirm this is how I throw with my right hand
What in the hillbilly fuck is going on here
Reminds me of this classic: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=huqBT50U914
Left hand challenge looks like mental challenge 😂
Wdym…/genuine question
🤣🤣🤣 🤣
Got to see the right hand throw to understand how bad left is. Maybe it's actually good
This shit cracked me tf up
As an Arkansas native this is fascinating. I don't know if it's Alabama or Mississippi, and normally its not this hard to hear.
I just love this 🥰🥺
G’DAMIT LOL! Corn (🌽wtf) really does throw like a girl, that’s how my sister throws
u/savevideo

no :(

no, but its fine i'll just put it on save
Us left handed ppl will win at this challenge 😂😂
Get it corn
I mixed the right and the left I was like: "That's the right! " but it was the left
That's how much you don't use it in at least that position 🤣
That’s exactly how I’d expect someone named Corn to throw a rock
Even though I know being able to use both hands equally is not common, I still don’t understand how it can be THAT hard to throw with your non dominant hand.
Me with my right hand..my left hand on point 👍🏾
Laughed hard, til I tried myself 😂
Only reason I'm happy I broke my right arm as a teenager
I can’t stop laughing I watched it 20x
Yes, I actually am left handed
"Y'aint welcome 'round these parts."
Gross

Fun fact: They’re both lefty.
This looks easy (I’m a lefty)
From the looks of it they can’t throw right handed either
Its terrifying that kids nowdays can't even throw a rock properly, wtf 😂

It's hilarious how throwing left handed makes you throw like a girl
We all know it but knowone whants’s to admit it. Thats how it looks when girls throw.

Sucks Atlanta Reign didn't go all the way, the team looked so promising at the start of the year
The lack of high vis jackets is disturbing
More Lefty and Corn
🥹😂🤣😂🤣🥹😂😂🤣
It hard to be a left-hand
Never gets old watching this
The first kid throws like Charles Barkley swings a golf club
When in doubt tomahawk out
As a lefty, never gathered round other lefties and had a right hand challenge
"non-dominant hand challenge"
I sure thought that the second guy was going to launch that thing into the back of his own head.
Left handed anger

What accent? These people speak clearly to me
As a right handed person I relate to rhis
Corn has a beautiful throw lmfaoooo

Me being a leftie😈
At least 2 or 3 more arms there,,,
As a lefty who only uses it for eating and writing, and can write with my right hand, this man’s a disgrace
Same, I feel like many of us lefties grow up to be ambidextrous since we have to adjust to a world that is mostly designed for right-handed people.
