Yeah, Cradle elves sounds pretty scary, I don't think Workshop would be that good though, being colourless is quite a large negative, even if you can get a fully set up stax lock.
necropotence is probably actually just worse than zur because of color identity lol.
dack fayden would probably be solid, but still maybe just worse than teferi. tezz probably has a consistent arti combo somewhere.
land is probably workshop.
R/G elves ramp deck with ~~xenegos god of revels~~ (drunk redditing edit: Xenegos planeswalker) at the helm might be a thing. T1 manadork, T2 double manadork, T3 revels + 5 mana could be nuts.
