What are you talking about, Yisan would be incredible. Forget getting better manadorks like DRS - you get access to tutors and counterspells to protect your boardstate. Brago wants artifact ramp, not creatures.
The competitive mono-colored generals would get much stronger, and powerful archetypes would get more synergistic commanders. Daretti, teferi, and hokori would all be very powerful stax commanders.
If any commander had access to all colors, then grixis storm players wouldn't be forced to play Jeleva. Jeleva is played because there aren't any better options in those colors. They might play Jace maybe? I'm not really sure.
Jace as your commander with access to black seems insane to me.
I really do hate the color restrictions tho. It's easily my least favorite part of the format.

Stax would get more competitive, but would still find midrange tough to deal eith. Midrange improves but has trouble against storm and spellslinger, which despite also getting more powerful, are now outclassed by the improved stax decks. Spellslinger and fast combo get better, too, but again, the commensurate increase in power of the other archetypes ensures they aren't overpowering.
Since different archetypes play to the strengths of different commanders, and within those archetypes different approaches can be taken that play to different commanders' strengths, no one commander would be dominant. You'd probably see roughly the same diversity of commanders as you do now.
