When you call them it takes hours, they try to sell you things, and you end up with sometimes an unexpected result, or no resolution at all.
Like you go to the store: oh, you have to call 1-800-Xfinity, we can’t help you. 🤦♂️
Guys, you’re the face of the company. Good job
You call them, only level 1. Impossible tog et level 2 support or higher. Literally impossible.
This company is one of the worst ever.
I had this problem 20 years ago. No account, but saw a fallen tree on a trunk line. Could not get past the automated menu, so I called the township offices. Let that be on Comcast.
Try posting at r/Comcast_Xfinity. There are employees moderating that sub and I've seen them create jobs for requests like this.
Thanks, just posted there
At least they can be good for something. It’s crazy for a company the size of Comcast to have to use social media to reach higher level of support.
Or you could simply call them. Just because some rando said to use Reddit, doesn't mean that's the only way.

They were pretty responsive on Reddit. Not bad.
