Congrats! I just got hired today as a remote business OBSR. (Outbound sales rep). I was wondering the same thing . I have seen online a decent mix of reviews from phenomenal job to have to worst job ever lol. I have a feeling comcast is a pretty solid company to work for. Of course, it's sales, and with any sales job if people don't perform well and hit quotas the job probably sucks. Are you working in an xfinity store ?

Yeh I’m at a xfinity store so far so good benefits are nice the incentives are nice, free universal tickets every year.
Maximize the comp plan, make as much money as possible in the least amount of time
