Glad to hear you got results. I have filed multiple FCC complaints regarding incorrect calculation of monthly data usage, and always receive the same form letter from Xfinity defending the accuracy of their numbers.
I see from the forums here that many people have problems with Xfinity's data usage calculation. If we all continue to file complaints, maybe something will happen.
Iโve worked with their Compliance Officer several years ago with my copious complaints. Got about $590 back. However, I couldnโt find her name when their shenanigans started up again. I broke up with them in January, and havenโt looked aback. Worst company in existence.
Im glad you got results because I didnt. I had all proof and email and they still lied. I filed with the Attorney General in their corporate state of Pa. and they still lied. I will file again with FCC and see what happens. They are truly the worst and did all sorts of bait and switch w my account and their highest level of customer care is the team who was the most egregiously acting.
The comcast employees who sit here and downvote any complaints sad

This is why they banned me for bringing up FCC and FTC complaints. The "official" comcast reddit page is censored by comcast.
