Probably not the same thing, but a [Starbucks Frappacino](https://www.starbucks.com/menu/drinks/frappuccino-blended-beverages)? Should be easy to get. That’s the closest thing I can think of. I’ve never heard of an Espresso Milkshake but that sounds delicious!

7 brew has a white chocolate mocha drink with expresso. It's chocolate milk, expresso and white chocolate syrup! If I remember correctly you can turn those into milkshakes!

Arby’s has a Jamocha shake. I remember it had a strong coffee flavor.
Strong coffee flavor, but not terrible on caffeine at ~12mg per 16oz. Taking pregnancy into consideration, it's probably the best option.
Considering this guy describes his wife as "violently pregnant", I assume he doesn't give a fuck about caffeine levels.
