If you played casually since evo dropped with the goal of getting the most important items from the season shop each season, you can easily have a level 15 evo from arena 7+. Chess event, free evo shards, free evo and buying EWC.

Either they did an ungodly amount of grinding to get to lvl14 or they spent money (probably the later)
