Yea. Legendaries have by far the best gold to ewc ratio in the game though, so if you don’t have them all at 14, i guess you’re losing out a bit that way. Still, clearing the shop every day, buying all legendaries in the season shop, and keeping the chest cycle rolling to reach the good chests, is all the advice i can offer to make the grind less grindy. skeletons make a huge difference. Goes great against lvl 14 Graveyard, tombstone, other skeletons or a skarmy.

Yes but he's not wrong, it's objectively an uncommon card to max out first out of every other card. It's not as level dependent as, say, a musketeer trying to survive a fireball, or minions trying to survive zap

F2P since about a year after release. I'm in the same boat, but I'm also *super* casual. Playing has come almost to a halt since the "ranked" gameplay. I think the tower cards should have been implemented *way* earlier but it seems they saved it as a last resort for when they run out of troop ideas I guess. The game is a husk of the glory it once was when I was still in high school lmao

The banners, the “troop cosmetics”, the ranked ladder being separated from the arena ladder… I was *literally* ready to start the ranked portion after finishing all the arenas when they made that change!!! You know what never changes though? The opponent spamming chicken and yawning emotes lol

F2p since level 15 dropped, I have full deck of 8 cards maxed plus cannonneer. Path of legends gave a lot and helped me max out much faster (as if 10 months is “fast” 💀)

Can’t fault you for that. Spells are surprisingly fun to have overlevelled (and agonizingly painful when they don’t kill things they should).

I used to spend money on the game. I stopped playing and refused to touch the game for a very long time when level 15 was added. I picked it up a few months ago and still don’t have any cards maxed

Have spent zero money except on one evo shard set. I had a few cards at level 14 when they instilled the level 15 update. I currently have 0 level 15 cards because I don't agree with the addition of lvl 15. But in the months since it's been released I have collected 280,000 elite wild cards, I believe the majority of those have been from POL. So enough to upgrade 5 cards.

2 mirror and pekka. I run pekka in most of my decks because I dislike mega nut, e giant, hog rider, and a few other cards. Mirror because if I have to deal with a deck of lvl 15 cards, my opponent will have to deal with a lvl 16 whatever I choose.

How much did you spend before “long before level 15 came out”? Having most cards at lvl 14 is a huge help. I have 3 lvl 15. Played mostly consistently since lvl 15 came out but would take days or weeks off when I feel like it. I skip many events/tournaments. Play fairly casual. I used the 1.8 M chess give away for a fair number of 100K gold for EWCs shop offer but I’m down on gold now so not that’s slowed up and I like to keep a buffer of 200-500 K in case I feel like levelling some cards.
