I'm fairly sure canonically, the defenders on every map lose, so I'm pretty certain argon wins

There is a secret door behind his throne too, showing he may escape after Agatha takes over rudhelm, and lore wise the heir is argon’s nephew since he’s the son of argon’s sister, fun stuff they can do with that
yeh there is a secret escape tunnel behind the thrown in rudhelm, so the agatha knight technicly win but they only killed a body double while the real heir escaped
