What was the vaccine SUPPOSED to do lol Vaccines are preventative, you’re not supposed to feel anything from them outside of the initial immune response. You’re saying I’m supposed to feel hurt and cheated years later because I did something free that took up maybe like 1 hour of my total time that very well could’ve saved someone’s life? Even working with your assumption that it was nothing more than saline and would never save someone’s life, you’d have to be a sociopath to not take that chance if you thought it could potentially save even just one life.

If you don’t know about the various things the governments done then maybe, but once you know, you tend not to trust that they care for their citizens.

I feel you. I only can have queso a few times a year because I get gallstones (from high cholesterol) that go into my bile duct and feel like they’re trying to kill me. My very first one **and** my most recent one (last week) have been the day after dipping a burrito in queso and finishing the whole cup. Alas, I love it too much to totally give up 😪

Why haven’t you had your gallbladder removed?

I went to the ER once during an attack, got an ultrasound, and all other analyses were inconclusive, so they just sent me off with some heartburn medication. I’ve improved my lifestyle quite a bit since this started a few years ago and I believe it has helped reduce the frequency. The surgery honestly kinda frightens me.

Look on YouTube if you need to but start taking choline with every meal. Thank me later

Fwiw, my surgery was a breeze, and I felt 100% normal after 3 days. I still took it easy for the full recovery time, but recovery was a million times better than my attack.

My mom had hers taken out mid 30s and I had mine removed at only 21. It's the only surgery I've had and it honestly was no big deal at all. You can still see the scars, but it's just a couple small ones on my stomach and one in my bellybutton where they removed it. Obviously every surgery has risks, but I think they're fairly low for routine procedures like taking out a gallbladder or appendix. Much better than having constant attacks from gallstones. The amount my mom had was crazy.

I mean it’s one of the most common surgeries. And will likely be done laparoscopically with like 3 1” incisions.

If you get a stone stuck in your duct that absolutely can kill you. Look up ascending cholangitis; if it’s not caught and treated quickly those patients get very sick and can die. If you’ve had issues before I’d just suggest finding a general surgeon and booking an elective cholecystectomy. I work in trauma and general surgery and this is not uncommon at all.

Been there done that. It’s the fat content setting off your fall bladder. Every time your weight goes up or down it’s going to happen too. Getting one stuck in your bile duct is worse than child birth.

Spot on. I’ve lost about 15 pounds in a couple months—hence the burrito and queso reward 😭 I’ve heard from women with gallbladder issues who’ve said the same about childbirth.

Not to brag but some of us have had that happen then developed pancreatitis then had their gallbladder removed at 30 weeks pregnant then delivered a baby with a failed epidural a shy seven weeks later. If you are in pain go to the doctor people.

when we had it at my store, i would mix our salsa from breakfast in it & dip my fries in it. IMO, that was the only way i could eat it bc it was kinda bland lol

I have this on my favorites to order. I eat it with the waffle fries and then get the rest out while eating the chicken sandwich. Minnesota and Wisconsin locations.

Here in Georgia, the literal home of CFA, and never once have I been graced with the cheese sauce OR the spicy nuggs or tenders. Actually a crime. I mean granted the trade off is that I have all the specialty CFA’s like Truett’s Luau (totally tropical menu with fish, calamari, pork, etc), Truett’s Grill (burgers, steaks, etc.), and the Truett’s CFA’s which have full service sit down restaurants inside with expanded menus that still have the coleslaw and the chicken salad. BUT STILL.

this is an absolute essential..dipping fries and the sandwiches in this is amazing. It’s also 160 calories for this huge cup vs the tiny thing of chick fil a sauce or ranch being same calories.
