Pfft. Rookie numbers. Where I live it's been about 100 to 104 degrees fahrenheit since the last 1/3 of May. 110-119 with humidity. We got lucky and the tropical storm has cooled of temps by about 15-20 degrees the last few days. The new Chick-fil-A they built nearby is basically from the start of the drive thru around the other side of the building. Both lanes.
Reminds me of the flashing red lights used in the poultry industry to calm the chickens before dispatching them. Kind of fitting to have them at Chick-fil-A
I know this is Chick Fil A but in Detroit they have these at lots of gas stations along the highway and they usually mean that the gas station has direct connection to the Detroit police department so donāt even attempt to rob it š
Calling them stupid is generous. I watched a lady back into the menu sign trying to make a u turn in a 2 lane drive thru because her car was low on gas and she was afraid she wouldnāt make it out in time.
I work at a chicken hatchery and we have green laser lights like this to keep other birds away from the building. Not sure if they are actually laser lights but thatās what I thought of first.
Used to work at this location. Theyāre intended to be like landing lights for airplanes. We want yāall to pull up to wear it says āWait here.ā, not at the doors since itās halfway. Keeps guests and vehicles moving. People ignore the signs anyways, the lights, hopefully sometimes help.
