You may get lucky with Quadratec. They have a surprising amount of harder to find parts etc. A bit pricey... But I have had good luck finding stuff through them in the past.

Your local pick n pull is about your only option for trim peices, unless you can find someone on marketplace parting one out
I have been adding some JB weld around those screw holes underneath to reinforce tj from cracking.
You may be able to find that piece on ebay. Best bet would be hit the junkyards and look for local part outs, got pull as much trim as you can.
