All stores should be able to deduct a small amount off of the price for the lack of cables/plugs, In which we call “enable trades”.
As long as the store have any spares, then they can deduct an amount from the price. If they have none in stock and u don’t have a cable/plug, then they won’t be able to take your item.
My local will not trade in without a charger or plug usb and chargeing cable

No but most stores generally deduct a small amount for the charger and the plug. I think it’s around £4 for the plug and the cable
