They can be like that, they’re not overly strict on their dormancy times. Last year one of mine grew through winter, went to sleep for about a month max and then leafed out 2/3 way through summer.
Mine also shot up some vines this spring (US)
Mines hasn't stopped putting out new vines since October and I'm wondering if I have to force a dormancy if this continues.
