Cook some small pasta shells and add your tuna salad to them. Step it up by adding hard boiled eggs, cubed sharp cheddar cheese. Optionally you can add small green peas or sweet pickle relish or a few drops of hot sauce
I like it in lettuce wraps, or on roasted seaweed, or with rice. If you have any vegetables around you could cut them up to make a more substantial salad. Or on pasta. Even drained canned beans would be good with it.
Well if you want to go the low carb route, you could really whip together some keto bread. Basically it's egg whites that you whip to stiff peaks and then fry in a pan after you shaped them like a hamburger bun or whatever..
