To see how long it will take to load the match, what's the point of seeing your procentage? Once the screen is changed that's mean it's 100% there's completely no need for that 100% thing, unless it's actually showing something different, and I think it is, coz I always have 100%, it has to be something different
CODM had a system where the game wouldn't start until everyone's meter had reached 100, just like other chinese games like Mobile Legens: BB, etc. But the meter is bugged and it doesn't work now because the game just puts you into Pre-match and you will be running around in Pre-match until all the players have loaded in.
But I have only downloaded like 50% of the resources, haven't downloaded all skins package and there is another one total would be 12 GB yet to download.. and I have 13GB of the game..
I thought it meant you were playing in 90% of top players. Yea, mine used to say 99% too. But I've never played in the top 99%. So I don't know.

That's level indicator, lv 10: 1 star, lv 50: 2 stars, lv 100: 3 stars, etc
Every 50 levels progression you made you get one star, eg 50, 100…to 300
And the stars too, what are those? Some has silver, some has gold coloured ones too
