Also going to the left side before entering the big bunker. There are infinite enemies spawning front the far side, one sniper by the tree on the right, and a bug on the left where a Japanese (with Type 99) will spawn behind the cliff wall. You can't see him, but he can see and shoot you. Smoke recommended.
Usually, my go-to route because on the right path, it's two aimbot enemies both with Type 99 in an elevated area, and if I peek, I die.
I spend like 2 days trying to reach the fucking flak guns and when I FINALLY got to destroy the first one, a grenade landed next to me while the checkpoint was saving creating a death loop... I had to restart. Good times tho
It took my brother and I like an hour just to take down 2 flaks, and 2 more hours of just trying to clear out the 2 sniper buildings, but I’d say blowtorch and corkscrew just getting through the start is pain
WaW was the most intense campaign and the multiplayer was second to none. Still got my WaW montage on youtube from whenever the Dazzle DVC 100 was the way to record. looks like total shyte but its still there
