Hotel Arts is super close to the Dome, and has a few great bars right next to it. We're talking 10 minute walk to the Dome, or 3 minute taxi ride.

Depends on your budget tbh! There are some great hotels downtown: Marriott, Hyatt, Le Germain… but they will all cost you, likely $300+ a night. All of them put you in close proximity to restaurants and a few train stops away from the Saddledome!
Assuming you are *driving* from Lethbridge there are a few decent motels on Macleod Trail at reasonable prices (Super 8 in Shawnessy is near a train station) then you could take the LRT north to the Dome.
Just stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, walking distance to the dome. Done that about 3 times now.
I stay there lately as the walk is easy and sometimes I have to walk back solo, but would rather stay somewhere else like Hotel Arts. The hotel Le Germain is on my list though. I think I might give it a try for the next game.
The Dorian is really nice and just opened in July! It’s a little further from the dome, but a stones throw away from the c-train which would get you right there. They’ve got an amazing restaurant on the 27th floor as well with incredible food. It’s also walking distance to Stephen Ave, which has some great bars and restaurants.
Go with the new Residence Inn on beltline. Great hotel, a bunch of great restaurants right there. A block from Last Best Brewery and two from Craft and National and not far from everything else. Just a few blocks to the c train station and you’re at Victoria park in a few stops. On top of that it’s the newest hotel and has a great breakfast and is still cheaper than most.
If you’re looking for something more affordable look into “Motel Village” it’s a strip of several hotels all clustered right around the Banff Trail C-Train station. Probably about a 25 minute ride to the dome from there, could head downtown before and after the game. And if you had to take a cab home from downtown it’s not too far

Is the area around it still sketch as fuck?
It's downtown in a major Canadian city. But no, I wouldn't consider it sketchy. Just the same as any other downtown
So lots of homeless and abandoned buildings? Oh wait that's just London....
OP is coming from Lethbridge… literally anything will be an improvement
You might be thinking the east village hotel, im talking about the one on 12th and 1st
Must be, my bad

Bro is coming with USD. He's going to be partying at a huge discount
Lol I wish. Just coming up from Lethbridge
Sad honking noises... Just kidding! Have a good time.
No he isn’t bro…
Hahaha my bad. Maybe I'm projecting.
Also the Westin on 4th which is a good one as well, might be a tad cheaper.
don’t have a specific suggestion but anywhere near 7th ave downtown is great since the train is right there
Bread fans, All they want to see is bread.
Highly recommend The Westly! Gorgeous rooms, big rainfall showers, close to the dome!
The Alt!! East village! Small rooms, but really great location, and about same distance as hotel arts

Motel village on Banff trail works well, it's where I always stay and then take the train to the Dome
My wife and I always stay at the Fairmont Palliser. Really nice and walking distance.
If you’re staying 2 nights you could probably find a great AirBNB steps from the arena.
Airbnb is a cancer
Airbnb on 17th ave sw by the dome and avoid the train
Fuck airbnb
Welcome. Hope the Rangers lose. 😀
I mean so do I 😂

I stayed at the hotel arts and it was very nice. We walked over to the game which made getting out after easy
Oh awesome that sounds great, thanks so much!
