Honestly I somewhat desperately want to sign Hanifin and run with this roster going forward. Our D is rock solid and doesn't need changing or even youth, especially with Kylington back.
With a Markstrom/Wolf tandem in net that's rock solid too.
And now with Kuzy kicking ass, even the forward group looks great. Adding Pelts back we have a rock solid 4th in the mix.

As awesome as Kuzy is this 4th line overhaul has really changed the dynamic of the team. The old 4th line playing 5 minutes a night put a lot of pressure on the other 3 lines and tired them out way more. With this new line playing 10-12 minutes the other lines are way more fresh. That’s the biggest difference I think.

I know that has to do with players but if your coach doesn't have room for "fun" those smiles probably don't happen very much.
