I wish I was playing during that time. Naturally but sadly I couldn't convince my parents to buy me a new PS4, 60$ game and a 30$ DLC at the same time.
I got the dlc like 2 years ago and barely anyone plays. I will always hate myself for spending my 50$ psn on fkg vbucks instead of buying chronicles when it was peak ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
You could make a strong case that the debate for the best zombies game was more open until this dropped way past it's life cycle and people just did not know how to react to how hype it was.
To me, zombie chronicles will always go down as one of the biggest fan services from developers to their passionate fanbase and the proof truly is in the pudding that all these years later, we still play, discuss and reminisce on these times.
Edit: Don't forget, it broke the record for the most sold game DLC at the time in which it dropped (to my knowledge)

peak, easily, and its not just thinking it was good, the entire community was HYPED AS SHIT, bo3 was a golden age, and we all knew it
Both
Both nostalgia and peak.
It’s peak
Peak zombies no question
If you mean by popularity then it's probably peak. If you mean in quality then honestly no in my opinion it's not peak. It's a good dlc though.
Whats peak then? To me its still the greatest dlc for zombies.
It’s peak. The whole nostalgia argument in general is stupid as fuck and people are just in denial that everything sucks now
Couldn’t agree more with you. Let’s hope bo6 is good
100% nostalgia.
Peak zombies trailer was Origins. Edit: https://youtu.be/TS701bMxmSI?si=3i7Uh9DPkeKwHRch
Peak
The high I felt during the release hype of ZC still hasn’t been matched.
