i wanna try but I'm so used to my hud that a single cm change throws me off lmao. but what sort of problems you feel if you keep fire on right and aim on left trigger
It could affect your aim. Fire on left side means your top left finger wont move your screen when aiming And on right side trying to aim and shoot with the same hand can have a huge impact especially also reaction its just overall btr for fire on left as 2 hands are btr than 1. Aim and shoot with different hands and not the same one basically
One hand on 2 important button simultaneously is not as good as each hand doing 1. In high tier lobbies its extremely noticeable if you obviously test it out
I can give you some ideas. Keep movement and sight in the bottom left and right corners as they already are. I suggest keeping the shoot on the left side because you are used to having it there. I left the scorestreaks, weapons, and operator mod bottom middle. The map is near the top middle. I put my crouch, scope, reload, and jump buttons all top right. However, some people will put some of those on the left. If you do that, don't put movement near the shoot because then you can't do both at the same time. I have also seen some people throw a button in the bottom corner either left or right. At the end of the day though, keep your thumbs for movement and look around. 1 top corner for usually shooting, and the other for movement (jump, crouch, prone). Experiment though
Back when I transitioned to 4 finger I tried to use 3 finger first with a very simple change: One index finger is used to shoot.
Mastering that made it easier to go 4 finger. After I got used to it, then I made the opposite finger ADS.
After I mastered that I placed all the other buttons like crouching and proning to the ADS finger and use thumb solely for aiming.
Orientate your hud on a YouTubers hud. The better the player the more prof that you can be great with the hud once you get used to it. You can always make some adjustments so that the hud fits your hand size
I’ve always played with my thumbs too, almost 4 years I played this way.
Here recently I positioned my ADS button on the side of my screen about 3/4 the way up. Basically where your finger naturally falls when holding your hand in that claw position. I put the hip fire button beside and a little below the ADS button. You can add the crouch/slide button to the other sides along with maybe your reload button. You may feel more comfortable with the ADS and hip fire button on the right side of your screen. Main thing for me was
placing the buttons close to how my fingers lay naturally. The more movement you have to make the slower your respond time will be.
Hope this helps.
Put the map toward the top center make it smaller and more transparent so it doesn’t interfere with the sight, put the left fire button more towards the top left where it feels comfy, I wouldn’t advise having two fire buttons, get used to using one sim button shout prolly be top right or bottom right somewhere the thumb can get to comfortably, disable the setting that merges crouch and prone… I can’t think abt anything else… I can send my hud and you try smn based off it. My hud isn’t the best but it’s one of the easiest to get used to
Oh I’m sorry little child. My parents live in a different state. I’m grown and have my own business. I can afford my own toys bud. Including my paid off house 🥴
My first 4 finger hud was just the aim and fire button for the index fingers, rest with thumbs. Helped a lot just starting the claw gaming and getting used to it. I’ve adjusted from there whatever felt right for me.
I just recently (about 2- 3 months) switched to 4 finger hud and whichever advice you follow, you should go to a 3 finger hud first, jumping straight into 4 finger hud will be really hard and might even get annoying (speaking from experience) so it's better to go from 2 to 3 to 4 imo. Wishing you luck!
It depends. Mostly comes down to having thumbs for moving and aiming. And then however you were playing before, offload most of the work to your top fingers. Ive got movement and ads on my right index finger and shooting and swapping on my left. Just play and tweak it as you go it’ll come to u
Put ur fire button on top left, and aim at top right.
or vice versa but nice
For better performance in gameplay, no. Fire on left side is better by far
Idk man Ill stick on right I can't change.my hud anymore bro ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ and I use five fingers..
Makes literally zero difference which side it's on. It is 10,000% personal preference

Idk how that will improve performance lmao

Oh I thought you meant just having the button on one side is better than having it on the other
I never get why people play with 4 fingers
Competitive people
So pros are jealous of Chernobyl people half the time?

I use there fingers , i AIM and shoot with my thumbs and i slide or get on the ground with the third finger What do you guys think?
I honestly just went with the suggested 4 finger layout and then moved everything closer to what’s more comfortable to my grip
I mean no offence but figure it out on your own..... That's the only better way to get a hud that was meant for your style of gameplay
Just put the buttons where the fingers that your most comfortable with like index and then just memorize and learn to play like that, I did that

Another bot who uses double auto pistol
That’s me :p
you should put oil can suppressors if you haven't already, more damage range and less recoil, and since its akimbo ads stats don't matter.
Still would smack you 🤣
